I should say, I have severe dyscalculia (dyslexia of Maths) so I do apologise if my maths is way out when it comes to the more mathmatical questions in the application. What up, folks.

I'm Hats, and I got here through Giovanni and the Simtropolis Discord, but I've been engaged in various worldbuilding and alternate history projects for years, including writing a long-running hard-althist story about a surviving Muslim Spain. I've written up several NationStates althists over the years, though these days I'm not super active there.

I've played a lot of Simcity 4 over the years and have always used it to realize various worldbuilding and althist ideas, so hopefully that translates well to the Baltic Confederation idea I've applied for. I've tried to incorporate both my allohistorical fascinations and my interest in using SC4 to build along aesthetic and regional thematic lines.
